[Rwp] Accessible way to manipulate envelopes with Osara and Reaper 5

Hmmm. It shouldn't do. Make sure that you have an envelope selected 
before doing it and it should definitely work if you're running the 
usual keymap. If it still doesn't work, confirm via shortcut help,
