[Rwp] OSARA installer

Hi all,

I was planning on developing the installer after most of the actual work 
on the plug-in was done. However, since OSARA has a growing number of 
users and the installation process was causing a lot of confusion, I 
developed an installer today. You can grab the latest one from this page:

This link is included on the GitHub page. That's still where new users 
should be directed, since it includes the documentation, etc.

Points to note:
* The installer covers both 32 bit and 64 bit. Actually, it installs 
both, which is nice if you have both 32 bit and 64 bit versions 
installed for some reason.
* You should delete any old OSARA files you placed in Program Files 
before running this. This installs into your user account, not system 
wide, since the REAPER key map is in the user account anyway.
* Speaking of key maps, the DG key map is included (thanks Derek and 
Gianluca!) and will replace your existing key map. You can choose not to 
install this if you wish. Note that the final OSARA key map is subject 
to change.
