[Rwp] Concept for selecting tracks noncontiguously?

So three questions then.
1. Most crutially, Where must one go to read up on the different commands that ReaConsole can use?
2. After doing these commands, do I then need to press enter to execute them, I'd assume?
And finally, 3. Sinse alt+C opens the console, how then do I close it? Is it a toggle? Alt+C again?
Chris.

Another use for ReaConsole. S1,3 will select only tracks 1 and 3. And remember ReaConsole commands are Case Sensative. Upper case S will select only those tracks where as a lowercase s will only.

So, I kind of sort of get this, but obviously, I am missing an important key step.
I know about shift up, and shift down arrow to select tracks contiguously if they're right there together, but how do you do this if you need to select noncontiguously? Say I have 3 tracks, and I need to select 1, and 3. How would I do that? I see the shift+Space action to enable noncontiguous selection, but once I'm sitting on track 1, and I hit shift+space, I then hear noncontiguous. Then, how do I go down to track 3 and select it as well, without unselecting track 1? Again, please give instructions for Windows users with Osara, not with OSX.
Chris.
