[Rwp] Concept for selecting tracks noncontiguously?

The way to think of it is that shift+arows is multi selection. By 
default, it's contiguous. Once you press shift+space, it's 
non-contiguous. So, to select tracks 1 and 3:
1. Move to track 1. When you move to a track normally, it's always selected.
2. Press shift+space to switch to non-contiguous. Now shift+arrows are 
non-contiguous.
3. Press shift+downArrow to move to track 2. Because it's 
non-contiguous, it'll move there without selecting it.
4. Press shift+downArrow to move to track 3. It's unselected, same as 
step 3.
5. Now shift+space to select.
Done.
