OK, here we go.

SWS:

Reaper itself:

http://www.reaper.fm/download.php

Get the keymap, and Osara, both, from:

https://github.com/nvaccess/osara

On this page, for Osara, click the link to download either 64 bit, or 32 
bit.

Then scroll down and you'll see the link created by Derek, and... can't 
remember the other guy's name, to the keymap file.

Remember when you download Reaper, SWS, and Osara, be sure to get the 
correct build, depending on if you need 64, or 32 bit.  The keymap is not 
bit specific.  Just grab it, and import it.
