As you've found, Tab and Shift+Tab now navigate between transients,
which is way closer in line with the ux sighted Reaper users get. To
view parameters for the curretnly selected track or item, hit
CTRL+Shift+W. There aren't as many things in there as you used to get
with the ReaAccess virtual viewer thinamy, but that's to cut down on
duplicated content. Reaper already has 8 zillion ways to skin every
cat without accessibility adding more IMO.
