[Rwp] installing keymaps and oscara, I'm still having problems

Would be at all possible, if maybe some one can email me off list, just to help me get these 2  files, installed properly?   Please.

I can’t seem to find where the dll file goes.  at least, Jaws is not showing me or I’m not doing something right.  I think this is 64 bit if I’m not mistaking.   

I just need help to get oscara and keymap  installed in reaper  the right way.  I’m not doing something right.  I think I have messed up some of the files in reaper.  Not sure though.  

I wish it was a way, where oscara and keymaps, was a lot easier to install.  Where these 2 files can go ot it proper place, once it sees reaper, the 2 programs would know where to place  its self.  

Can someone please, give me a little  help,  off line??  I will give  you my phone number or whatever you like. skype or something.

All of you guys are the best..  Thanks for all your help...  Once I get these 2 items installed the right way, and reaper is working fine, on my computer, I will pay someone to  give me a little training.  If someone does not mind.  I do have paypal....
