[Rwp] how to install oscara and keymaps?

Oh, I forgot. Oops. My bad. ... lol Yes, you do have to arrow through 
the menu and import the keymap that way. To see if your keymap is 
working, hit f4 after import and if the actions pop up, then yeah.
