[Rwp] how to install oscara and keymaps?

Think the answer has pretty much been covered already, but just
sending a note in this thread to say that I'm going to write up the
process of installing and importing step by step for the ReadMe on
Github. It won't be a work of art because we'll be shifting over to a
proper installer soon ish, but it I'm seeing a lot of people
struggling to get going, so figured it'd be worth adding. I'll jot
something down and send it to Jamie in a sec.
