Hey there.
I just installed Osara and the keymaps myself last night. So here's how
you do it:
Step 1. You have to have three files. One is the Osara file itself,
appropriate for your system either 64 or 32 bits. Make sure you know.
Step 2. The next two files are explanatory. One you import and one you
install. Osara is a plug in. So ... okay, that's the makeup of the files.

How to Install.
1. Go to your computer setup with all your files. There should be a
program files reaper folder. Within your reaper folder you should find a
plug ins folder, you need to copy and paste the Osara file into the
Reaper plug ins folder. Okay, next file.
2. With SWS extension you install it like you do any other program
installer. All defaults should be kept.
3. With the Keymap, you should do this from your actions. Hit f4 and go
to import/export. Then, a menu pops up and you should hit Import. Then,
browse to where you have your Keymaps file, wherever that is according
to your system, then like any other file import, all you have to do is
hit Enter on the file name. You know it's working when you see some
stuff rendered properly by your screen reader. It should render certain
things with your arrow keys and such. Also, there's a shortcut help
thing that I'm just now discovering!
Thanks.
