[Rwp] how to install oscara and keymaps?

Hi  everyone  I accidentally deleted the answers, from the list where someone answered my questions.

I  wanted to know can someone, please, tell me how to install  the keymaps and install oscara?

I am a new learner with reaper.  I love this pgm software, and I didn’t even learn how to use it.  I heard some people I should say, musicians, that have created music using reaper.  Awesome!!

Whoever, invented this software, is a genuous!!  I will always support this software, financially..  Great job!!
