[Rwp] importing samples and playing them on a keyboard as an instrument

ok, so I have a few sfz files loading around but i am surely missing
something into how do you actually use the vst plug in with reaper...
or how would you go about loading an sfz file into a vritual
instrument in reaper? Opening the fx window doesnot help much either,
NVDA does not see the controls for the vst plug in
