Guys,

I won't bore you with a long sauga novel, but the very short version is, I
bought Reaper back near the middle of last year. I've honestly not done a
whole lot with it, 1, due to time restraints, and 2, I'm more into using
ProTools on my mac. That said, I had every single intention of eventually
buckling down and really learning Reaper in and out as much as possible. I
think now, I'm finally at that point.

So first thing's first, I've kind of been a lerker on this list, but really
admittedly having paid that much attention to a lot of the posts, see above
for the reasons.

To make a long story short, a friend of mine was using Audasity to record
her music. As an early Valentines gift, I bought her a license. She knows
absolutely nothing though about Reaper. Therefore, my first question is,
what is the subscription info to give her so she can join the list? I asked
the other day, but heard nothing back from any of you.

Secondly, I figure, she's gonna be coming into this totally new hatchling,
so what better time for me to dig in. I figure we both could learn it
together.

I know that Rea Access pretty much is dead from what I hear. This is why I
need a little help on where to download Osara from, and exactly step by step
how to install it into the most recent build of Reaper.

I'm on Windows XP SP3. I know, old as heck, and probably not the most
recommended, but until I can get more dough to buy a more up to date system,
it's what I have for running Windows, like it or not. I have the most up to
date non snapshot build of NVDA, and I also have JAWS 15. I prefer to use
JFW, if possible.

I'd be more than happy to PayPal someone a little bit, if they'd be willing
to get on phone or Skype this evening with me, and at least give me an hour
or so of their time to get up and running. I can't do much, but I'd be
willing to pay about $30. Otherwise, please just answer me here.

Chris.
