[Rwp] Problem with reaaccess website

Hi Scott,

For what it's worth, I still think the domain should be renewed. Even 
though ReaAccess is no longer viable, this is going to keep happening, 
where people find out about it, get the website, only to find the 
website is no more. Even if all the home page does is to say "ReaAccess 
is no more, it's been replaced, click here for the new access solution," 
that at least gives people a place to go.
