Hi Juan,

Thanks for letting me know about the "Remove selected Area of Items" action. 
It did exactly what I wanted. Now all I need to do, at the moment anyway, is 
figure out why my keyboard isn't working when recording a MIDI track, but at 
least I'm making progress now.
