SO I came up with a situation that I had not encountered before, but I
am just starting out.

There is a saxophone I recorded. However, the player had a bit of
trouble with some of the lower notes. they sounded really low but th
rest of the performance was really. So, alright, no deal. I used
reaTune in an interesting fassion for that.

I did select the notes that weren't so good. and made them into their
own items. I just have to practice more splitting because its not
possible or trickier to do in some cases. However, once I did split
the items isolating the bad notes I tuned each one with reaTune. not
at all bad if you use elastique soloist.

Anyway, I noticed that osara does apparently not have a function to
view parameters for current item, so I figured I would have just
pressed shift plus E. And that did the job, but I was never able to
see the parameters like you would for a track with shift plus p so it
took some guesswork to know where the cents were. I hope support for
this is added into the future.
