1. select a track using the up & down keys
2. create a time selection using alt+chift+ left bracket / right bracket to open & close the time selection
3. press del and you'll be able to delete, or ctrl+alt+s to split into a new item for editing
thanks

I can place the start and end markers with Alt+Shift+Left and Right Bracket, but when I press Delete to remove what I've selected, all tracks are affected. Does anyone know a command with Osara or otherwise to select the current track so I can edit it exclusively? I tried looking at the list with F4, but didn't find what I was looking for. Either that, or I'm just impatient. That's a huge list, even when filtered.
