Here's what Phil told me about his experience installing Vinyl, the 
previous free plug-in from iZotope.

"The install is navigable with the Jaws cursor.  You have to click on 
all of the next buttons as there are no keyboard shortcuts for 
those.  You also have to click on the custom install buttons if you 
don't want to accept the default VST folders."

To me, that sounds accessible, as long as one is willing to use the 
review cursor.
