Hi Chris, fear not, I don't intend to rant at them about this; I merely wish to add another voice to the accessibility-related discussion, in the hope that it might add extra weight. Thanks for awl the information about previous contact you and others hav had with them, and accessibility developments that have taken place. I'll report back once I get a response.
