[Rwp] Slightly OT Isotope Plug-ins

So a very interesting thing happened.

I clicked the authorise button and tried using screen review to no
effect. I alt tabbed out of the window and, as had happened before, the
window became completely impossible to focus by pressing alt tab. The
instance of Reaper was still loaded, I just couldn't get back to it.

So I carried on doing other things and tried to click a link in an email
from thunderbird. This put me back in the authorisation window and the
edit boxes and checkboxes were accessible.

If I alt tabbed out again, the window vanished, but I was able to
authorise it that way.

Very strange and I wish there was a more reliable way of getting focus,

Justin

Does anyone know what's the best way for plugin developers to make their presets accessible? Obviously there are many that are, including the Reaper stock plugins.
