[Rwp] Effect routing

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the way but what you do is you
create track 1, press i, tab to add new send and press cursor down til
you find the track you want to send to and press enter. Then you treat
the tracks as normal, remembering that, in certain circumstances, audio
may seem twice as loud because two copies of it will be going to the
master track,
