[Rwp] Effect routing

Hi,

Simply add the effect to track one, send track one to track two then pan 
track two around as desired.

You could also send the dry audio to track 2 and add the effect there 
with the wet dry mix set to 100% wet. You could then pan track 2 around 
as desired. That's the way I'd do it personally,
