[Rwp] Celemony Capstan Anyone?

To Derek or anybody else who does restoration work:

Is Celemony's Capstan accessible? If so, do you have it and use it to 
remove wow and flutter? If so, I know someone who wants this done to 
a bunch of material and is willing to pay - although I don't know how 
much. Drop me a line off-list.
