You can either use rea consol if you are using sws, in which case you
press alt c, which brings up a command line interface.

lower case v, no space and the track number or name you want to adjust,
followed by a space and the amount by which you'd like it decreased by
preceeded by a minus sign or just the number of decibels you'd like it
increased by then enter will do it. You'll have to press escape to clear
the interface.

Alternatively, alt c followed by upper case v and the value you'd like
the slider to have will work too. So let's say you want the track value
reset to unity, you type Vtrack number 0. If you want the track volume
level to be -6 DB, regardless of what it's currently at, you type Vtrack
number -6.

alternatively, select the track and press alt cursor down and cursor up,
which will adjust the slider in 0.05 increments.

Also, pressing control alt w on selected track/s will bring up a
dialogue where you can opt to adjust volume, pan and mute.

Hope this helps,

justin
