[Rwp] Still on the very basics

Dear All,

 

                I have been reading the information on this discussion list
and exchanging messages with others off-list; however, I am still facing
very basic issues, it seems. First of all, I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Reaper 5.1 and Osara. When I press F12 it doesn't seem to open
the help topic. In fact, the only thing I have been able to do is open the
menu bar. If I can get to the point where I can arm and record a track, I
would be very happy but I'm not very happy right now! (smile) Can someone
tell me what I am doing wrong? I listened to the Copy Cats recording but my
Reaper is not acting the same way as theirs! What's up? Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
