[Rwp] Changing play-rates

hi, select the ítems that you wish to change the playRate off, then
accesss ítem propperties. I think that should do it. Or, I found:
Shift+7; Description: Item properties: Pitch item down one cent
and
Shift+8; Description: Item properties: Pitch item up one cent

a quick search for the Word cent... in the actions dialog did it.
