[Rwp] Tutorial: How to join RWP irc chat room

Thank you, I'm already in the chanell, a question, where can I start
learning how to user reaper with a screen reader in my case NVDA, is
it useful to read the reaper guide, or where can I start from zero.
Thank you and I hope to learn a lot.
