[Rwp] Recording in stereo with reaper

Hi Brett,

First, recording in Stereo. Are you using Osara as your access plug-in
for Reaper? If so, move to the track you wish to record on, press the
Applications key, scroll down to Input: Stereo, right arrow, and select
the channels of your sound card you want to record from.

Second, splitting items. I found this one to be a little tricky at
first, but I eventually figured out how it works, so I'll give a step by
step example to try and explain it. Again, this assumes you're using
Osara for Reaper accessibility.

Let's say I have three items on a track, and I want to split item two
into three more items. I move to item two, and hit S. My track now has
four items. I move to item three, then move my edit cursor to where I
want to make the next split, and hit S again. My track now has the five
items I wanted. If I had merely moved to item three and hit S, I would
have heard "0 items added," because you can't split at a point where a
split already exists.

Hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if this is still unclear.

Regards,

Gavin
