[Rwp] Help for a dummy using Reaper with OSARA

Just forget about reaccess.
It's old stuff and Osara is the new plug and the new way to do things.
Reaccess isn't being developed anymore, and the guy who made it flew the 
coop, and so no bugs will ever be fixed with it.
So just don't even worry about it.
