[Rwp] Help for a dummy using Reaper with OSARA

If I replied to this sorry for repeating myself. so scot the loose guide 
that I found was on a guy named brian Smart's website.  This guide has some 
commands that are setup  for rayAccess but some of those at least for me 
don't seem to be working with OSARA.  If there is a better guide please let 
me know.
