[Rwp] Volume adjustment on Midi track/channel not working for me

I select a midi item, press Control Shift W, arrow down to volume, set slider to INF, nothing happens. I did the same for takes, same result. Can anyone help. This is on a Sforzando track. Essentially moving the volume slider doesn’t do anything.
