[Rwp] Procedure for loading SFZ into Sforzando

Thanks, Chris.

I sort off thought that would have been the only alternative. I am thinking
I will need to insert a good 10 to 15 instances of Sforzando to get a good
drum kit -- that's a lot of synths to load though, even if you configure SFZ
to only load the needed sample at a time.

There is a lot to chew on...

I think sforzando only has one pair of outs, but you can get around this
by spliting out your drums in to different tracks, thkere are reaper
actions to do this, and then routing each track to a different instance
of sforzando.
If memory is an issue loading up your kit several times, you can always
edit your sfz file to only load up the part of the drum you want per
each instance of sforzando.
that's a little too geeky for some, but i like that sort of power with
the sfz format.
there are also eq and filters in the sfz format itself to make drums
sound different,
on each note if you like.
I often do that now,
if I need a kick to have more tick or thump, I'll do some eq right in
the sfz file.
or turn up the volume.
You can't put verb and such on each instrument that way, but it's handy
anyhow.
Happy reapering.
