[Rwp] Help for a dummy using Reaper with OSARA

Hi, got the installer working here. :)  For some reason, after
downloading it, I noticed a [1] on the end of the file name that was
downloaded. Replaced that with .exe and blam, it actually works. :)
Just in case that behavior happens in the future, I'll check the
downloads of future snapshots.
