Hi Keith
My first attempt achieved exactly the same result that you did. I
suspect I chose the wrong file and you therefore probably did too.
You need to go to this page. Right at the bottom is the link to the
installation file. Once downloaded, it is currently
osara_2016.1pre-49,8c7b5df2.exe.
