[Rwp] Help for a dummy using Reaper with OSARA

Please, make sure you installed latest osara. Get the installer from
http://www.nvaccess.org/files/osara/snapshots.html
If you had installed osara manually by copying the dll in reaper's
plugin folder make sure to remove it and let the installer install it in
the user plugins folder.
