[Rwp] Interesting envelope navigation issue

OK here's an update,

If I start at the beginning of my project, I cannot navigate, by any of 
the specific controls, past point three. If, however, I go to the end of 
the project and navigate backwards, I can navigate from point 60 to 
point 1, however, I cannot select multiple points.
