[Rwp] Compressor on kick (track 1), for attenuate track 2 at each hit ?

put a compressor on track 2 but feed it's detector circuit the signal 
from track 1. This is known as side-chaining, so if you look for 
tutorials online, youtube etc. on side-chain compression or just 
side-chain processing, you'll find lots.
