[Rwp] different driver modes in reaper

setting the buffer settings in the DAW doesn’t force the change on the card? A lot of modern interfaces operate this way now. I usually don’t buy an interface unless i verify with the manufacturer it will do hat as since those control panels are usually inaccessible.
