[Rwp] trying reaper with windows 10

Hi David and list,
I have a delta audiophile 2496 card and it works pretty well on my 
desktop running win 10, when I upgraded to 10 I was afraid the driver I 
had wouldn't install properly, but I was lucky and they install and work 
flawlessly
