[Rwp] Runing the Nexus 2 utility patcher

Hi all,

I am trying Nexus 2 on my sistem, but I don't know how to use the 
utility by sir Yukio :) I get always a message in (japanese? my 
knowledge of non european languages is near or equals to 0 
unfortunately), but it seems a kind of file not found error...

I tried runing the utility in a folder containing preset files, but I 
still have no luck loading them into Nexus 2. The error message is 
something like: this patch is for a newer version of that plugin...

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
