[Rwp] Midi controllers and VST's

Well, I don't know if Roland tech support is willing to do this or
not, and buttons aren't the problem... I wish it were that simple. I
know the buttons already. hahaha. What I would like to do is drop it
off with them, let the mset it up and then pick up the thing when it's
all said and done... because I know it doesn't sound like what it's
supposed to based on videos I've heard. And I already spent the money
on it, so I want to make sure I've tried every avenue before giving up
on it. It's one of those things that I can tell will be extremely
helpful in both DAW work and live settings, I just have to get the
bloody thing up and running first.
