[Rwp] Metronome volume

Right, I can see them but can't move them.
Now the big question is whether I can move it in 516.
Like you said, maybe some setting is different in 520.
which is blocking it.
What ever it is, I can't do it.
So am using the sws actions instead till we figure it out.
