[Rwp] Metronome volume

They definitely move for me and they report the value when moved (but 
only in 5.20pre of course). But as I said, I've heard of this happening 
on some systems before. What I don't know yet is why.

There's no reason these should work any better in JAWS than NVDA. NVDA 
isn't overriding the arrow keys on those sliders or anything like that.
