[Rwp] Metronome volume

I'm convinced this is a bug now.
I've tried both 32 and 64 bit reaper.
I haven't tried jaws, but you'd think getting NVDA out of the way would
be enough.
I've tried routing the object nav, and all the tricks to focus things we
usually use in combo boxes, just in case, but no joy, that slider won't
move with NVDA and the latest pre release of reaper.
As mentioned in the other post, the 518 ver, the slider isn't even there.
But both versions of the 520 pre 35 release of reaper
won't move that slider.
So I'm not on the reaper forum yet, can someone
re-produce this and report it or is this yet another weird thing that
only happens to me 'grin'?
I have carefully traced my steps a few times, and as stated, this is on
a new clean system,
I have gone and downloaded latest versions of sws, reaper, and Osara,
so pretty sure all is proper there.
I don't think this is an Osara thing,
thes are the steps I do.
Load a project, any projectg with some sound, or it works otherwise too.
Do control shift m to get metronome going.
Do alt-shift m to get that metronome dialogue.
tab over to the sliders and try to move with arrows or page, etc, and
nothing happens.
