[Rwp] Metronome volume

[Snowman]

Does it matter which arrow keys you use?
I'm still using 5.16.
The show up in the tab order, and mid section arrow move them.  The value 
isn't spoken, but a small text field in that dialog reports the slider 
value.  I presume you found that?
