[Rwp] Metronome volume

The sliders definitely move for me when I use my up and down arrows. 
It's interesting, though, because Gianluca noted that he was having 
trouble moving another slider with the arrow keys. I suspect there's 
some setting or other that is breaking things for you guys, but I don't 
know what.
