[Rwp] Metronome volume

Well, everything looks good.
I tried with narrator, getting NVA out of the way in that dialogue
and no joy with moving those sliders.
The only way i can change the metronome volume is with those sws actions
I mentioned.
Go figure.
I wonder if this is something broken in the
pre release version I should install the official version and see if it
works.
