[Rwp] Metronome volume

[Snowman]

Seems like the sliders actually move, but their value isn't reported.  But, 
the value is in a bit of static text along the side.
So, you can confirm what happened in response to your arrow keys.

For you JAWS users, if JAWS doesn't report the slider values as you arrow in 
5.20, I'll fix that  in script land,  it's no big deal.
