[Rwp] Metronome volume

That's actually my prefered way of working.
Then in case of latency or any other issues of timing, you always know
exactly where you are because unless you move it,
it's an absolute.
Some of us who used sonar for ever are used to that slippery drifting
metronome in
that DAW, they've fixed it now, but that's for later less accessible
versions.
So we always tended to make a timing track independant from the system
metronome,
I always recommended it to my students, this has the advantage of volume
control, as well as more practical application such as using a drum beat
or some more configurable time reference, also being able to stop it
when the song ends to thwart headphone bleed and that sort of work flow
necessity.
