[Rwp] Metronome volume

You can assign the metronome to another output in options, audio, just 
in the top branch. By default, it is set to "use all project master 
outputs."
You could even use ReaRoute, and route the metronome to a live track 
with effects if you really wanted to.
Metroverb... yeah!
